The ESS air atomising spray system dust-suppression solution is designed for use in conveyor transfer enclosures and other high-dust areas.
By using compressed air to break water into ultra-fine droplets, less than 100 microns, the system binds with airborne dust particles, creating heavier agglomerates that settle out of suspension, helping to ensure effective dust suppression.
The ESS system generates a fine mist that suppresses dust without wetting materials. Each nozzle consumes minimal water (1.2L per minute) and operates across a pressure range for reliable and economical performance.
Supplied in kit form, the system includes 1–8 nozzles, tubing, fittings and mounting brackets for straightforward installation. Filters on air and water lines safeguard against blockages and help maintain peak performance.
