Honeywell Industrial Safety has introduced the Rig Dog Cut-Resistant (CR) glove collection with enhanced metacarpal protection.
It features moulded thermoplastic rubber (TPR) impact pads that are placed on key scrape hazard areas, providing optimal protection on impact.
It also provides ANSI level A7 cut-resistant protection against cuts and slashes without compromising comfort.
The polyurethane slip-resistant palm is enhanced with EVA foam pads for added comfort and vibration relief, while the Hi-Vis spandex fabric stretches easily for flexing to reduce hand fatigue.
The glove is suitable for use in low-light environments: the bright orange colour and silver piping help heighten visual awareness. Wearers can also tighten or loosen the cuff for a more comfortable and secure fit.
Fully washable, the product withstands commercial laundry-room detergents and warm water temperatures, ultimately limiting the growth of bacteria.
