NHP Electrical Engineering Products has taken out the Rockwell Automation 2024 annual award for best distributor – services/ARR’ for the Asia Pacific region at the annual Partner Network Conference.

NHP’s chief executive officer and managing director Stephen Coop, and chief marketing officer Geoff Thorp, were on hand to receive the award in front of more than 300 Rockwell Automation distributors, partners and customers from the Asia Pacific region.

“This is a massive recognition of the NHP services and solutions team and their capabilities in providing our customers an exceptional 24/7 customer experience,” Thorp said.

“Having built our services organisation over recent years, we’re thrilled that in such a short time frame we have demonstrated the expertise and excellence in service to be acknowledged in this way.”

NHP, the 100 per cent Australian owned specialist in electrical and automation products and solutions, is the sole distributor of the Rockwell Automation portfolio of products – including iconic brands such as Allen-Bradley, CUBIC and nVent Hoffman – throughout the South Pacific.

“Since NHP became the first Authorised Service Provider for Rockwell Automation outside of the USA, NHP’s network of field service technicians, application engineers and technical specialists have been able to take our expertise from the major cities to the most remote parts of Australia and New Zealand,” Coop said.

“Having a local footprint and understanding the intricacies of our local markets is one of our key competitive advantages.

“Our team has a proud history of offering our customers the technical expertise required to increase uptime and optimise equipment performance. We provide an extensive range of service solutions which suit a wide range of needs, including installation and commissioning, migration, emergency breakdowns, installed base evaluations, as well as complete lifecycle support for customers who purchase Rockwell Automation products.

“Our specialist teams work collaboratively with our customers to design and deliver solutions which maximise the success of their project. You can’t go wrong when you take the best products from around the world and can add the support of local people with local expertise.”
